Tallahassee educators welcomed Loujean Nelson to Tallahassee at a luncheon hosted by Dr. Sally Butzin, founder of the Project CHILD instructional program. Loujean was a Project CHILD teacher in Chicago before her retirement, and several local CHILD educators gathered to celebrate with her.
